With over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership, Lindsey specializes in collaborative, equity-centered approaches that bridge clinical, technical, and operational priorities. She co-lead the successful delivery of Ontario’s eReferral Forms Standardization initiative, co-leads her organizations national community of practice on ereferral and co-leads her organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) portfolio. Lindsey is passionate about building partnerships, improving care coordination, and designing scalable solutions that improve health system performance and patient experience.

Dr. Scott Laing is a family physician practicing in Waterloo, Ontario. In addition to family medicine training, he has completed the research-based Clinician Scholar program and a Master of Health Administration through the University of Ottawa. He has a keen interest in digital health and has supported a number of digital health initiatives relating to eReferral, eOrdering, and Evidence to Practice chronic disease management tools. He has also developed digital tools, which are used within his group practice to support and simplify clinical workflows.
