Approved travel options
Choose from: Return trip economy flex fare air travel for one person OR return trip economy fare train travel for one person OR return trip ground transportation (covered per km) plus on-site parking. Travel is booked by the traveller and must be pre-approved by Digital Health Canada.
Approved accommodation
Single occupancy accommodation at (TBC), for the night of Wednesday, March 18. Hotel is booked by Digital Health Canada. Fees for additional nights or early/late check-in are covered by the traveller.
Meals
Digital Health Canada will provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Thursday, March 18. Please identify any dietary restrictions in the space provided below.
