New Directors approved at Digital Health Canada Annual General Meeting

June 24, 2026 – The first Directors to join the Digital Health Canada Board through a new selection process were announced today at the association’s Annual General Meeting.

A proposed slate of candidates was approved by the membership, resulting in the appointment of three new Board members. Digital Health Canada welcomes to the Board Lyn Baluyot, President and Chief Executive Officer, TransForm Shared Service Organization; Andrew Nemirovsky, RN, MSc, BScN, CPHIMS-CA, Principal, Grafton Healthcare IT Consulting Inc./Technical Project Director, Symbio Project (New Brunswick); and Ronan Segrave, Senior Advisor, Carnarvon Strategies – Health Industry Solutions Inc.

The first meeting of the new Board of Directors took place immediately following the virtual Annual General Meeting. Board members elected Anne Forsyth as President and Duska Kennedy as Vice-President. Shannon O’Connor will remain as Secretary-Treasurer for another year, and Chris Carvalho will hold the title of Past-President for a two-year term. Lorraine Blackburn, Cassie Frazer, and Wendy Tegart have completed their terms and are leaving the Board.
