Digital Health Canada’s education materials are confidential and proprietary. Unauthorized production, reproduction, or publication of the content, in part or in whole, is prohibited by copyright laws. The facilitator is prohibited from disclosing the content and must not, under any circumstances, share any of the information with any person, except as authorized by Digital Health Canada. Further, all resources handed out or produced must be returned to Digital Health Canada. All persons involved must keep resources related to these materials confidential at all times.
All education materials remain the property of Digital Health Canada. Education materials include, but are not limited to: course slides; course recordings; learner comments or questions; internal communications, notes, or meeting discussions; non-public project materials or future program plans.
This document will remain in force for one calendar year from the date that it is signed and submitted.
