Evaluating Clinical AI in Practice
Clinical AI adoption is growing across Canada, but organizations continue to face challenges evaluating impact and determining whether implementations are ready to continue, refine, or scale. This webinar will share findings from a pan-Canadian environmental scan of clinical AI activity before introducing the CHIEF Executive Forum Clinical AI Toolkit, a practical, flexible resource designed to support real-world evaluation.
Participants will learn about the toolkit’s Minimum Viable and Expanded Evaluation approaches, KPI Library, readiness assessment, ROI approach, decision guidance, and supporting resources. Representatives from CAMH and SE Health will also share their experiences applying the toolkit in practice, including how they have used it to structure evaluation, select measures, and support decision-making, as well as lessons learned from putting the toolkit into use.
October Webinar Wednesdays are sponsored by Quest Diagnostics.
