Registration cancellations received after 5:00 PM ADT on September 7, 2026, are non-refundable. An alternate attendee’s name may be substituted until October 7, 2026. Please request substitutions in writing to info@digitalhealthcanada.com. Any registration transferred from a member to a non-member will be adjusted to the non-member rate.
