Noralyn Baluyot, President and CEO, TransForm Shared Service Organization
Category: Executive
Lyn’s energy and resilience are contagious, and she leads by example. She has built a highly motivated team, and empowers them to become innovators, and architects of change. She has demonstrated success under difficult circumstances where organizations must do more with less, and she ensures that all members of her team understand that every contribution regardless of how small has incredible value. In our opinion, projects such as the Oracle Health Collaborative and Ontario eHub would not have been possible without Lyn’s leadership regionally and provincially. Her tireless work in creating a regional governance structure for large implementations and support for operations has proven to be very effective. Her messaging and work are now being shared widely with other digital health leaders on provincial, national, and international levels to promote knowledge transfer and collaboration. She is highly sought after and is a true ambassador for advancing digital health.
