Webinar Wednesday – Data Quality Management in Healthcare Organizations using Quality Improvement and Evaluation Methodology
Data quality (DQ) is a common challenge in healthcare organizations. Frequently, attempts to improve data quality involve one-time data clean ups, which are often replaced with more poor quality data, or data cleansing before use in reports or dashboards. The Northern Health authority in British Columbia designed a framework and step by step guide to resolving data quality issues based on quality improvement and evaluation methodology. This webinar will share how to design DQ management programs driven by the values of your organization and supported by the roles, processes and technology necessary for successful change management. This Information & Data Quality Framework can be applied during any digital health technology project post-implementation phase or once operationalized. It describes a realistic approach to sustained data quality.
