Dr. Joby McKenzie is the Managing Director of Teladoc Health Canada. As the global leader in virtual care, Teladoc brings health services to millions of Canadians and partners with insurers, employers, and health systems, delivering primary care, acute care, specialty care and emergency care leveraging technology built for remote care. Through Teladoc Health, she brings healthcare access to Canadians from coast to coast, via integrated solutions that bridge the gap between patients and physicians.

Before her current role, Joby was Managing Director at Babylon Health Canada, where she led the exponential adoption of virtual primary care during the pandemic. She also spent five years at LifeLabs, holding executive roles in business development, post-merger integration, government relations, and strategy. Joby was also a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where she advised healthcare and financial services clients on strategies to increase shareholder value.

Joby holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, a PhD in Molecular and Medical Genetics from the University of Toronto, and a BSc in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University. A former professional basketball player, she represented Canada at the 2000 Olympics and earned a silver medal at the 1999 PanAm Games.
