Canada Health Infoway is pleased to launch the 2026 Infoway Innovation Pitch Competition, a national initiative designed to identify and showcase emerging graduate student and recent alumni innovations that advance digital health, interoperability, and connected care across Canada.
The competition is geared toward early-stage healthcare innovators (prototype or pilot-ready) who are looking to scale their impact within Canada’s health system. Selected finalists will pitch live at the 2026 Infoway Partnership Conference in Vancouver, attended by 400+ senior leaders across government, health systems, and industry, with travel and accommodations covered. Finalists will also compete for grant funding, while gaining meaningful exposure and connections across the digital health ecosystem.
Submissions should align with the Shared Pan-Canadian Interoperability Roadmap and focus on one or more of the following priority areas:
- Health Data Portability and Access
- Digital Health Interoperability
- Artificial Intelligence for Improved Care Outcomes
- Reduction of Clinical Burden
- Improved Patient Access and Health Equity
- Standards, Trust, and Data Governance
