Full payment must be received 30 days after agreement signing.
Regional symposia sponsor support – Sponsor must complete the supplied Sponsor Symposia Information Form at least four weeks prior to the date of the event to secure promised promotional opportunities.
Industry Showcase sponsor support – Industry Showcases air Tuesdays at 12PM noon Eastern Time. Showcases use Digital Health Canada webinar technology and registration is managed by Digital Health Canada (there is no charge for Showcase registration). To secure promised promotional opportunities, presenting organization will send webinar title and description with speaker photos and bios to events@digitalhealthcanada.com at least four weeks prior to Industry Showcase air date.
Sponsorship cancellation – Sponsorships purchased are final sale with no refunds or cancellations. A substitution may be made available for sponsors who are unable to complete their sponsorship. Please contact events@digitalhealthcanada.com with any sponsorship change requests.
Registration – Registration information for the individuals using the complimentary registrations included with sponsorship must be submitted no later than two week before the sponsored event, or registrations may be forfeited.
Event cancellation or change of date – Digital Health Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the date or dates upon which an event is to be held and shall not be liable in damages or otherwise by reason of any such change. In addition, Digital Health Canada will not be liable for damages for failure to carry out the terms of the sponsorship agreement in whole or in part when such failure is caused directly or indirectly by or in consequence of pandemic, fire, storm, flood, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, strike, or by any cause whatsoever beyond the control of Digital Health Canada, whether similar to or dissimilar from the causes enumerated herein. Notification of a change of date will be communicated to the sponsor immediately and all sponsor entitlements will be carried forward. In the event of cancellation, the sponsor will be offered a new sponsorship opportunity or a refund.
Use of logos – Digital Health Canada will use supplied sponsor logo in conference communications and marketing. Sponsor may use Digital Health Canada event promotional items to advertise involvement in the event. Please contact events@digitalhealthcanada.com more information.
