Registration cancellations received prior to 5:00 PM PT February 20, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after 5:00 PM PT February 20, 2024, are non-refundable. An alternate attendee’s name may be substituted until March 5, 2024 (please request substitutions via email). Any registration transferred from a member to a non-member will be adjusted to the non-member rate.
