Ezinne worked with a team to operationalize Africa Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) Southern Regional Coordinating Centre. She also coordinated and provided technical expertise to the continental COVID-19 vaccination data intelligence. She actively contributed to the development of the Africa CDC COVID-19 vaccine dashboard, providing real-time information for 55 African countries.
Ms. Onwuekwe is committed to making social impacts in the digital space by working with organizations to create positive change. Ezinne has collaborated with TechCamp (US Department of State), Women Techmakers (Google), International Federation of Pharmacists (FIP) and many more. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of The VC HealthTech Hub, a non-profit with a mission of building the capacity of African healthcare workers in digital health skills. She is a recipient of the African Women in Digital Health award 2024.
Ezinne is a member of the FIP Technology Advisory Group and currently a Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst in Nova Scotia Health, Canada where her current contributions are focused on a provincial digital health transformation project- One Person, One Record (OPOR).

This drives her passion for contributing to innovative projects and initiatives to advance the healthcare landscape.

She was a speaker at the session: From learning to leading: Career-building tips from emerging digital health professionals, and a participant in the inaugural Digital Health Canada Member Mentorship Program. Stephanie is committed to contributing to a digital health community that promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing.
With a keen interest in project management, Stephanie has earned her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation. She holds a Master of Science in eHealth from McMaster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Bio-Medical Science from the University of Guelph.

Prior to joining PVH, she worked for the Canadian Red Cross (CRC) as the Senior Manager of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support for the BC/Yukon Region. Throughout her time at the CRC, she worked with communities who did not have access to basic healthcare, sometimes due to a disaster, sometimes due to systemic inequities. She is incredibly excited to be working with the PHSA, the BC Ministry of Health, and regional health authorities to improve access to sustainable healthcare across BC via virtual health solutions.

He has held positions in Finance, Administration, Community Relations, Information Technology & Services, Clinical Utilization Management, Decision Support and Digital Health. Through a 30-year career, Rod has held senior leadership positions in Information Management portfolios developing and implementing multiple IS and corporate strategic plans.
He is currently providing digital health consulting at a provincial level in Ontario.
Rod is active in the professional community and a strong believer in on-going leadership development.Along with memberships with various professional associations, he served as Board Secretary for ProResp Health in Sarnia, Board Chair of the Huronia Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, Past President of the Ontario Chapter of the Health Information and Management Systems Society and Past President of the Southwestern Chapter of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives. He was one of the first Canadians to earn the CPHIMS-CA credential in 2005, his CDPSE and CHCIO and CDH-E credentials between 2015 and 2020.
Rod earned his FCCHL in 2018 and the FHIMSS credential in 2022 as a culmination of a career commitment to ongoing professional development.
Rod’s current professional interests lie in consumer health, health system leadership, digital health, and institutional knowledge management. He continues to support health service leadership development through his ongoing involvement as a CCHL CHE Program Evaluator and Fellowship Program Evaluator and Mentor. He is also a member of the CCHL Fellows Council.

Christopher Ng-Fletcher

He has held a variety of roles in the past, including in a primary care medical office where he has been involved in mapping clinical workflows and digital transformation efforts, including the implementation of Telus PS Suite EMR and other clinical tools, EHR implementation, and health innovation ecosystem development.
Chris holds a Bachelors of Science in Biology from George Washington University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Windsor. He is actively engaged in a number of organizations, including co-chairing the Events Committee of the HIMSS Eastern Canada Chapter, sponsorship chair of the HIMSS Michigan Chapter, and co-chair of the Emerging Leader Forum.
