All Digital Health Canada Members are encouraged to register and attend the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 12 – 1 PM ET.

The following matters will constitute the Agenda of the Digital Health Canada Annual General Meeting 2025 (Virtual):

• Call to Order
• Approval of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held June 18, 2025
• President’s Report
• CEO Report
• Treasurer’s Report and Audited Financial Statements for Fiscal Period ending March 31, 2026
• Appointment of the Auditor for 2026-2027
• Board Governance Report
• Board Development Committee Report on Nominations + Slate of Proposed Directors
• Other Business
• Adjournment
