Pan-Canadian digital health strategy plans and resources
In addition to reflecting the commonalities of Canadian regional digital health strategies in the Strategy Map, the Pan-Canadian Digital Health Strategy Working Group frames how CHIEF Executive Forum members can guide existing strategies to success, including support with population engagement and putting initiatives into operation. The Strategy Map Executive Summary includes common themes and highlights key drivers, barriers, and enablers to enhancing healthcare delivery and patient outcomes across all regions.
