Cancellation policy
Registration cancellations received before 5:00 PM ADT on Sept 1, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund. Registration cancellations received after 5:00 PM ADT on Sept 1, 2024, are non-refundable. An alternate attendee’s name may be substituted until Oct 2, 2024. For more information, please request substitutions in writing to info@digitalhealthcanada.com. Any registration transferred from a member to a non-member will be adjusted to the non-member rate.
