The Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) and the Certified Health Executive (CHE) Program is pleased to present an interactive session led by the CCHL’s Dr. Jaason Geerts, Director of Research and Leadership Development, which explores his concept of A Leadership Organization, where leadership is fully integrated into the culture, system wide. Dr. Geerts will discuss evidence-based, key characteristics of leadership organizations, portraits of what leadership integration looks like in practice, and strategies to progress to deeper levels of system-wide leadership integration.
