Choose from: Return trip economy fare air travel for one person OR return trip economy fare train travel for one person OR return trip ground transportation (covered per km) plus on-site parking. Travel is booked by the traveller and must be pre-approved by Digital Health Canada.
Approved accommodation
Single occupancy accommodation at Delta Hotels Calgary Downtown, 209 4th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 0C6, for the night of Monday, February 2. Hotel is booked by Digital Health Canada. Fees for additional nights or early/late check-in are covered by the traveller.

Digital Health Canada will provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Tuesday, February 3. Please identify any dietary restrictions in the space provided below.
