Registration cancellations received after 5:00 PM PT on January 6, 2025, are non-refundable. An alternate attendee’s name may be substituted until February 6, 2025 by sending a written substitution request to info@digitalhealthcanada.com. Any registration transferred from a member to a non-member will be adjusted to the non-member rate.
