CHIEF Executive Forum Spring Symposium: Site Visits
On Thursday, May 30, registered attendees will visit the Provincial Health Services Authority’s Red Fish Healing Centre for Mental Health and Addiction at 9am PST, followed by a visit to Providence Health Care’s New St. Paul’s Hospital Project at 12:15 PST. Transport will be provided from Parq Vancouver to the first site, and from there to the second site. Attendees will be able to return to the hotel on their own after the conclusion of the second visit at 3:15pm PST.
Site Visits are part of the CHIEF Executive Forum 2024 Spring Symposium experience, starting with a reception after the close of e-Health 2024 Conference and Tradeshow. Continue the conversations started at e-Health with a small group of industry leaders and decision-makers at the May 28 reception and the May 29 Symposium. Stay over until May 30 for the return of the popular health-delivery organization site visits. Separate registration is required for each event.

Site Visit: PHSA – Red Fish Healing Centre for Mental Health and Addiction, Coquitlam
Red Fish Healing Centre for Mental Health and Addiction is leading-edge centre for mental health and addiction treatment and research in British Columbia, located on səmiq̓ʷəʔelə in Coquitlam, formerly the Riverview lands. The new 105-bed facility treats people across the province who live with the most severe, complex substance use and mental health issues. Recovery and treatment services like these are a key part of the continuum of mental health and substance use care in B.C. as well as a vital part of addressing B.C.’s toxic drug crisis.
