Loreen Wales is a registered dietitian, entrepreneur, and founder of Revive Wellness and My Viva Inc. With over 26 years of healthcare experience, she is committed to empowering individuals to take control of their mental, physical, and nutritional health. After successfully building her private practice, Loreen launched My Viva Plan®, a comprehensive digital health platform, to make personalized care accessible to a wider audience. My Viva Plan® integrates data-driven technologies to support individuals with chronic diseases, promoting self-management and improving patient outcomes. Loreen is a passionate advocate for integrating technology into healthcare to give patients more control over their health. This dedication has earned her recognition from the Canadian government, multiple innovation awards, and media features. She began her career at University Hospital in Edmonton, where she developed a passion for preventive care after seeing the impact of poor health habits. In 2006, she founded Revive Wellness to focus on preventive health. Loreen’s innovative contributions include leading a multidisciplinary team to create the first validated digital health platform addressing chronic disease management. She is also a recognized thought leader, regularly speaking at healthcare and technology conferences, and has been appointed to several leadership boards.
