We will speak today about blockchain in healthcare, where it came from, where we are at now and where it can go. Discussing the CareRelay (POC) proof of concepts with blockchain, the real-life potential use of blockchain in healthcare. We will also explain why the POC can work, but why it failed now.
Dan Brody has over 25 years of senior management experience starting with 15 years as a partner in software supply-chain and manufacturing industry companies, globally designing and deploying solutions for fortune 2000 companies. Dan has spent the last ten years as a mercenary CTO building a successful onshore/offshore development company and exiting. As mercenary CTO was brought by investors and management to fix problems and design solutions to scale business, most recently with PT-RUMA/Go-Jek in Jakarta who had an investment of $100M from Google. Dan is also a volunteer at INcubes as a Mentor to start-ups and is a member of the Canadian Ski Patrol. Dan is married for 28 years to his wife Tracy Mann they have three sons and two daughters, one who is a chef, two at UofT, the youngest two are in high school.
