We are looking for Project Managers with a strong background in Healthcare implementations to provide our client with their expertise modifying their existing Healthcare system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their services. We are looking for resources to support various opportunities in New Brunswick.

Job Overview:

  • Developing project charter, project plans, risk mitigation plans
  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
  • Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period
  • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Implementation project oversight

Required Experience:

  • Professional bilingual proficiency written and verbal (English and French)
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • 3-5 years of experience leading multiple implementations. A strong asset if that implementation experience is for a provincial healthcare system.
  • Experience leading or supporting Health Information System implementation is a strong asset
  • Strong working knowledge of the full Project Management Life Cycle and other project management methodologies
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Budget management experience


  • A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PRINCE 2 preferred
  • PROSCI Certificate an asset
