SUMMARY:5 Ways to Invigorate Your Content Management Strategy
DESCRIPTION:Healthcare organizations are challenged more than ever with reduced staff\, user burnout\, and tightened budgets. But there are very practical opportunities to leverage existing systems and features to alleviate some of these challenges. \nIn this session\, we will look at 5 signals that point to the need for an enhanced content management strategy along with a potential solution for each. This session will outline key signals like manual processes\, disjointed data\, paper components\, accessibility barriers\, and user burnout all coupled with enterprise content management (ECM) opportunities to strengthen approaches within HIM and beyond. ECM systems and strategies work together to help reduce manual tasks\, increase digital skills\, and ultimately reduce user burnout. \nThis presentation will provide a roadmap to ignite digital process efficiency and invigorate your content management strategy. \nOctober Webinar Wednesdays are sponsored by Quest Diagnostics
