Did you know that your Digital Health Canada membership opens the door to a world of rewarding volunteer opportunities? If you are new to the world of digital health, volunteering is a great way to develop new connections or learn from more experienced digital health professionals. More experienced? Leverage your expertise as a Digital Health Canada Faculty Member or by leading a Community of Action.

Plus: if you are interested in achieving or renewing your CPHIMS-CA credential, participating in volunteer opportunities can earn CEU credits. 

Join a Community of Action (CoA)
  • Benefit: meet like-minded digital health professionals, explore a topic you are passionate about, and add a publication to your resume
  • Work with other Digital Health Canada members on a topic of shared interest
  • Contribute to the creation o fa whitepaper, factsheet, webinar or toolkit
  • Lead or participate depending on time, skill, and level of interest


Host a MeetUp
  • Benefit: get to know local digital health professionals and expand your network in a fun, relaxed atmosphere
  • Meet with other members in your city in a semi-informal evening setting
  • MeetUps are quick (two hours) and include an informal education component i.e. guest speaker or panel
  • The Digital Health Canada Events team will help with registration, budget, and marketing


Become a Faculty Member
  • Benefit: be recognized as a Digital Health Canada Faculty Member while you sharpen your presentation skills and digital health subject matter knowledge
  • CPHIMS-CA-certified individuals can teach or develop content for courses, CPHIMS-CA exams, or review materials


Webinar Wednesdays
  • Present a one-hour webinar showcasing a digital health-related project
  • Moderate any webinar
