Thank you for agreeing to be a volunteer at the e-Health 2025 Conference and Tradeshow. Your commitment and dedication will play a crucial role in making this event a success.
As a volunteer, your commitment involves the following:
Volunteer Shift Schedule: We request that volunteers arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to make sure that volunteers are prepared.
Transportation: Volunteers are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the hotel. Please plan accordingly to ensure punctuality and reliability.
Accommodations: If volunteers require accommodations during the conference, it is the volunteers responsibility to make the necessary arrangements.
Volunteer Service Hours: Each volunteer is expected to contribute at least 12 hours of service over two days. Volunteer dedication and assistance during this time is greatly appreciated.
Volunteer Dresscode: All volunteers will be provided with a volunteer t-shirt by the conference organizers. It is mandatory to wear these t-shirts during volunteer shifts. Volunteers may wear a long-sleeved shirt underneath the volunteer t-shirt, but nothing should be worn over it. Undershirts must be white or black in colour. Volunteers are to wear black dress pants, or a long black skirt and black or white closed-toe shoes. Volunteers will be on their feet for most of their shift. Please plan the approprate footwear.
Attitude: The conference organizers expect all volunteers to approach the roles with enthusiasm, friendliness, and a helpful attitude. A positive demeanor will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.
Please select all of the dates and times you are available to volunteer. Select a minimum of two days that you can volunteer.
As a volunteer at e-Health 2025, you will be required to attend two mandatory orientation sessions. The first session will take place on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 12:00pm - 1:00pm on Zoom. A link to confirm your attandance will be sent out to you at the end of March. The second session will be in-person training on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 12:00pm - 3:00pm. A meeting invite will be sent for you to confirm your attendance at the Westin Harbour Castle,1 Harbour Square,Toronto, Ontario.
